This Privacy Policy explains how Orpheus collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our websites, applications, games, account systems, payment flows, and related services (the "Service"). Your prompts, gameplay context, generated content, and relevant metadata may be transmitted to those providers so the Service can function. We instruct service providers to process this information only for authorized purposes, but AI systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unsafe output.
6. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, performance monitoring, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, and prevent abuse. Where required, we will request consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money.
8. Public and shared content
Orpheus is primarily designed for private gameplay, but some features may allow sharing, multiplayer access, exports, screenshots, or other disclosure by you. You are responsible for the information you choose to share with other people or publish outside the Service.
